What is Paintball?
Paintball is recreational game, in which players compete in teams by shooting each other with paintballs.
Players are often clothed in protective gear, including masks, chest protectors, gloves and barrel bags. It's a safe game because the paintballs can't break through the protective gear. The game is played on outdoor fields where players try to capture their opponents' flag or kill them by tagging them with paintballs in specified scoring zones.
There are different types of paintball games such as capture the flag, elimination and bunker ball games.
How to Play Paintball?
Paintball players divide into two teams: The Attackers and The Defenders. Each team has a flag (or several flags). Attackers must try to capture the defending team’s flags, while Defenders must try to stop them by shooting at them with paintballs.
There are many different positions in paintball that you can play, but the two most common positions are “Offense” or “Defense”. Offense players are often the first players to be put in the game, and they try to get closer to the other team's flag.

2) Remember to always take a break after every 20 minutes of shooting.
3) If you are using a pump-action paintball marker, then don't try to shoot it while it's on the ground. It will not work!
4) Join a team once you have been there for some time – it's more fun that way!
